Settings: Save, Recent Files

The application stores information about recently opened documents.

Recently Opened Files

You can select recently opened files from the list next to the File Open command.

Under Extras Settings Save Recent Files, in the Recently Opened Files section, you can specify how many items this list should contain. You can also enter 0 to prevent saving any file history.

You can delete the saved data at any time using the Clear Now button.

File History

PDF Annotator remembers which page each file was last opened on.

Under Extras Settings Save Recent Files, in the File History section, you can specify the total number of files for which this data should be saved. You can also enter a value of 0 to prevent any file history from being saved.

You can delete the saved data using the Clear Now button.

If the Clear history on exit option is checked, the data will be deleted each time the program is closed.
