Quality - PDF Annotator Manual

PDF Annotator saves your annotations to a PDF document in the form of transparent images. The resolution of these images determines the sharpness and quality of the annotations when viewed in External PDF Applications.

Changing Image Quality

Using Extras Settings Save Quality, you can specify a different resolution in DPI. Some common values are 72dpi (low quality), 150dpi (Standard), 300/600/1200dpi (high).

A higher value will lead to larger files and more time needed to save them.
