Why was my payment declined?
Several reasons can cause a payment to be declined:
- Incorrect data entry
- Technical problems during data transmission
- Lack of confirmation from a third party, such as your bank
- Protection against the illegal use of credit card data
In all cases, we will notify you within the order process, or via e-mail, of your order and payment status.
